30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, we recommend requesting a return for the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.


Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued
